Please carefully consider your purchase before confirming your order. It is our company policy, if you use the product even once, we will not accept your return, and we will not issue a refund of your purchase price, nor any related shipping charges. Please keep all original packing material and documentation in the unlikely event that your merchandise is damaged or defective. Before returning any product, please contact us to notify us of your intent to return the product. Returned products will not be accepted without notifying the company at JCWOODFIREBBQ@GMAIL.COM first. All approved return products must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase, complete and in resalable condition and must include original packing material.
We will accept all unused products that are received defective or damaged in shipping for credit, exchange or replacement at our discretion within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Once your order leaves our business, J&C BBQ is not responsible for any damages that were caused by the carrier. It is the responsibility of the customer to file a damage claim with the carrier (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc) to be compensated for the cost of the product. We will make it right with our customers who receive damaged products; however, we evaluate each claim on a case-by-case basis.
To report damage that occurred in transit? Email us a photo of the damaged package and the damage to the product: jcwoodfirebbq@gmail.com and include your name, and order number for review. Do not sign for your order if the packaging or product is visibly damaged. Please refuse the delivery and send us an email: jcwoodfirebbq@gmail.com. Please include your name, order name and a picture of the damaged package. If approved, replacement shipments will be shipped out via standard/ground shipping. If we determine that you are eligible, we will issue you a credit or replace the product.
Email jcwoodfirebbq@gmail.com to notify us of your damage claim within 7 days of your order being delivered. Any damage claims made outside of that timeframe will not be considered.
