Award-winning BBQ
Our BBQ is slow cooked to perfection and seasoned with our
Award-Winning blend of spices. Our Carnage Texas Beef Rub placed 1st place in 2021 in the country according to Barbecue News Magazine from Georgia. Our Apocalyptic BBQ Rub placed 20th out of 207 entries at the American Royal in Kansas City in 2022.
Our Professional Competition BBQ Team has been competing in the professional circuit since 2017, winning numerous top 10 awards in Kansas Barbecue Society, Pacific Northwest Barbecue Association and the Steak Cookoff Association.
Other top honors include multiple 1st place ribeye steaks which qualified our team to compete in the World Championship in Fort Worth, Texas including that two of our team members hold the 16th and 17th perfect steak scores in the World. In 2022, one of our team members won 5th place in the World with her Sausage Blueberry Cinnamon Rolls.
The numerous awards are apparent as our restaurant walls are adorned by the accolade of our achievements. Come and try our signature dishes, including our mouth-watering ribs, brisket, and pulled pork.
